Anastasia Leondis is a Licensed and Board Certified Mental Health Counselor for over 20 years. She is the owner of Boca Behavioral Health, a group practice that offers comprehensive services for Children, Teen and Family issues, as well as individuals with Anxiety, Depression or other Mood and Stress-related issues. Anastasia is passionate about helping her clients recognize their own strengths, abilities and talents to improve themselves and their lives. About Dr. Robert Heller

Dr. Robert Heller is a licensed psychologist in private practice based in Boca Raton, Florida.  With over 40 years in clinical practice, he has helped hundreds of individuals, couples and families. Dr. Heller holds the diplomate in Cognitive Behavioral Psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology, and incorporates hypnosis and EMDR to provide clients with a wide range of tools and skills to both feel better and function more effectively.

 Other therapists often refer to Dr. Heller for difficult and complex cases and for his expertise in helping clients with anger management and in cases where progress may be blocked from past trauma.

 Dr. Heller’s generally uses a skills based approach (cognitive- behavioral), which focuses more on how current beliefs, thoughts and attitudes affect feelings and behaviors.
